Using the call log for smart watch, and using it as the main messaging app on the watch, but noticed that in the log, incoming SMS messages names are numbers not names. When the SMS comes through initially it displays the name but once back in the log list it displays the name as a number

Yesterday I had purchased call log for smartwatch. It is good app. But some time it is not working properly. Blank page appearce on my watch everytime. To use again I have uninstall all apps again and agin. But dialer is working nicely. Please suggest me what to do. Im using Samsung galaxy note2.
